Aliment follows the D4 Development Model that defines a set of flexible
process steps which allows to Discover , Design , Develop and Deploy.
The Project work plan is derived from the tasks and deliverables indicated
by the model. All tasks and deliverables are further customized to the
client's project requirements.
In
order to manage the project effectively, Work is further broken into
measurable tasks that are scalable for any individual or a small team
to perform. The output of these tasks serves as inputs to subsequent
tasks and overall project deliverables. These serve as Progress Markers,
enabling the client to gauge and measure the quality and progress of
work being performed. Aliment engages a host of diverse tools to secure
effective collaboration. Shared configuration management systems, repositories
and status trackers.
