Aliment will estimate and mutually agree upon the level of effort to perform the outsourced work. Time and Material Based Service
Your project may be such that there is no logical piece that can be shipped offshore. Yet you may be hard pressed for time, resources and budget. Aliment can help you by formulating a team of offshore programmer/systems analysts who will work as an extension of your team which you manage. In this case, we will NOT give you a fixed price proposal for your project but will simply offer you a monthly rate for the consultants. Aliment consultants will work offshore on a Time and Material basis just as they would work onsite. The offshore team will complete the tasks assigned by you within a mutually determined timeframe. If Aliment takes more time than agreed upon, it will NOT be charged to you. As hourly billing can be difficult to track in this situation, we offer you a convenient option of paying a monthly fees per consultant.

The client sends well defined specifications to India for the design and development phase. No onsite visit/team takes place. The client conducts acceptance testing and implementation.
The ALIMENT team in can connect directly to your onsite computer using a 64/128/256 KBPS point to point or dial-up link available 24 hours a day 7 days a week; or an Internet link. A link is an excellent option for large ongoing projects where ALIMENT is unable to duplicate a complex or proprietary development environment or needs to support a large maintenance contract. There is a fixed monthly cost involved in maintaining the link. We may propose to have one or more onsite people for project coordination and development of complex modules.
Initially key members of our ALIMENT team visit your site and work closely with you to complete the requirements/high level design phase. The information gathered determines whether our ALIMENT team partially or fully relocates to offshore for the design and development. If one or more onsite consultants is recommended due to the complexity of the project, initial requirements not being clearly defined, then your need to coordinate with India is eliminated. The offshore team leaves with first hand knowledge of your business in which some may return for the user acceptance phase. Next the complete offshore team, including the Quality Assurance Group, is solidified. Per project schedule, deliverables will be submitted for your review and feedback. You will get a formal weekly status report. Information regarding the project will be exchanged with you almost several times daily via one or more of the following methods: email, phone, FTP, conference call, video conferencing, 64/128/256 KBPS link, etc.
