Our quality assurance process is committed to providing quality solutions,
with maximum productivity on time... every-time. We aim for continuous
learning and improvement so that next time we will do it even better!
Our core
processes for achieving quality include:
|
|
Software
Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) |
|
|
Information
Validation: All information gathered is validated by the client before
the next step in the process can proceed. |
|
|
Requirement
Confirmation: Our interpretation of user requirements are presented
to the user for feedback and sign off at each stage of the SDLC. |
|
|
Quality
Standards Document: Applies to all levels of the delivery process
and ensures that every project receives consistent and documented
standards. This includes: design methodologies; development; testing;
deployment; documentation; project management; and support. |
|
|
Proof
of concept: Used to introduce new technology and to provide users
with first hand experience and insight into the proposed solution.
Also prompts useful feedback regarding look, functionality, feel and
use, and identifies further opportunities for improvement. |
|
|
Use
of a Testing Process: We produce plans that outline the testing process
to be followed by both Aliment and our clients. This tests all individual
screens and the application as a whole, and ensures that system integrity
and functionality have been delivered. |
|
|
Software
Update Control: We use a suitable software configuration management
tool in order to control the different versions of software in development,
test and deployment. This controls the interations of versions delivered
to our clients. Dependent on your requirements, this tool may include
impact analysis and change management controls. |
Our total
quality assurance process secures documentation of knowledge and experience.
This ensures that the process is not dependent on any one individual,
and may still be successfully implemented despite company restructuring
or personnel changesinvolved in the reviews, if required.
